Vintage 2015

2015 was an exceptional year in Champagne. Weather conditions were ideal, with a hot, dry summer favoring perfect ripening of the grapes. The harvest took place in glorious sunshine, guaranteeing grapes of remarkable quality. Sugar concentration and balanced acidity give the 2015 vintage great finesse and unique aromatic complexity.

Inspiration Notes

Our Cellarmaster, Cédric Thiébault, historically sources the grapes for our Besserat de Bellefon Le Triple B in the «Vallée de la Marne» on calcareous clay soil.
